Each planter box includes a built-in water reservoir that sits below the growing bed. You fill it through the simple fill tube on the top, and the soil draws water up from below as your plants need it — a process called wicking. This means your roots stay consistently moist without overwatering, and your plants keep growing even if you miss a day or a week.
How Often Do You Need to Refill?
Most gardeners refill the reservoir every 4 to 7 days depending on the season, plant type, and how hot and sunny your space gets. In peak summer heat you may refill twice a week. In cooler months, once a week is usually plenty.
What Grows Well in These Planters?
These planters work great for most everyday garden crops. Herbs like basil, parsley, and mint thrive in them. Vegetables like tomatoes, peppers, lettuce, spinach, and kale all do well. Flowers and strawberries are also a natural fit. If it grows in a raised bed, it’ll grow well here.
